Love Nails
Love is in the air! Literally! The word "love" is displayed on each finger over a sky background in this super cute nail art tutorial!
Here are the steps:
1. Paint a base coat on your nails to protect them.
2. Paint two coats of a light blue color.
3. Sponge on white polish with a makeup sponge in cloud shapes around the nail. For best results, rip off a tiny piece of sponge and hold it with tweezers to sponge on.
4. With black polish and a dotting tool, create lots of tiny black dots to create the letters. This is the method that I used, but you could get the same results with a striper.
5. Let dry, then finish off with a top coat!

Base Coat Top Coat White Polish Light Blue Polish Black Polish Dotting Tool or Striper Makeup Sponge Tweezers
