Santa Claus Nail Art

As a little girl, just thinking about him made me giggle with joy! Santa Claus really helps make Christmas magical for children and adults alike. He is such an important part of Christmas.

Without him the presents couldn't be delivered, the milk and cookies would go uneaten, and the reindeer wouldn't have a sleigh to pull.

In honor of good old St. Nick I decided to create this Santa Claus Nail Art design. What would Christmas nail art be without Santa Claus? ...less magical. I hope you love this design!



About My Santa Claus Nails

A Santa Claus nail art design just wouldn't be complete without his boots, pants, suit coat, fluffy beard, his smile, and his hat. All of these things would be a little difficult to put onto just one nail so I decided to split them up. I think that this makes it super cute and when I put my fingers together and above the preceding fingernail I get a complete Santa Claus. I love it!

What Santa Claus Has Taught Me

For me, Santa Claus has taught me many different things and the things I have learned from him take on new applications throughout my life. I would like to take a side step away from nail art and share with you the most important thing I have learned from Santa Claus.

Santa Claus has helped me to have faith. He has done this by helping me practice faith as a little girl. I had faith in him so much that I would sit on his lap, which is a big deal for a little girl, and tell him about my deepest dreams and desires (I fully believed that he could give me what I wanted). I believed in his promise that good kids would be rewarded. This believe was very useful as a child and very true as an adult as well. It helped me to do good and be better.

Why is faith important?

As I have gotten older, I have come to realize that there is more to life than just seeing and knowing. In fact, I now believe that a happy life is one full of faith. Faith is important because it leads us to truth and happiness.

What is faith?

"Faith is not to have a perfect knowledge of things; therefore if ye have faith ye hope for things which are not seen, which are true."

A majority of the world has faith in a greater being. For Christians that being is called Jesus Christ, for Muslims he is called Allah, and so forth. Believing in a great being is believing in a higher meaning of life and a future existence after this life. In fact, in some way or another most have faith in a life after this one, although we have never before seen it. We have faith that if we live good lives here, we will be rewarded there. Not much different than being a good child for Santa and we will be rewarded with gifts.

My faith is in Jesus Christ and that is truly what Christmas is all about. I believe that He was born, that He lived for us, that He died for us, and that through Him my family and I can be together forever in happiness after this life here on earth. This faith helps me to do good and be better. Thank you Santa for teaching me the basics as a little girl.

I hope that Christmas for you is a time of happiness. I hope that all of us ponder and reflect on the true meaning of Christ-mas!
