About These Neon 90s Nails

I love the 90s. No ifs, ands, or buts about it. 90s music is my favorite and I STILL love to watch a lot of the shows I watched as a kid. One of those shows is Saved by the Bell. I don't know what it is about that show but I love it. One of the most iconic things about the show is the intro. The bright colors and zany patterns are so fun and I've thought for the longest time that they would make the cutest manicure!

I wanted nice, bright colors for this design. The base colors are Funky Fingers Power Play and Julep Charlie. I used those colors for the details along with Zoya Wednesday, Art Club Purple Rain, Art Club Neon Green, and Art Club Technicolor Doll. I also did all of the detail work with a toothpick. It just seemed to work better than my nail art brushes. To finish, I topped with Seche Vite to smooth everything out and add some shine.

The best thing about this design is that you can go nuts. Whatever comes to mind, throw it in there. I thought about carrying the design along all of my nails but I think using it as an accent really makes it pop even more. Also, with the bright colors and cheerful patters, this design is perfect for Summer!
