Background Info:

The fastest way possible to grow out your nails is to take a Biotin supplement pill. Biotin is a type of vitamin that is found in egg yolk, liver and yeast. It is believed(but not scientifically proven) that Biotin speeds up nail and hair growth, and adds health to your skin, hair and nails.

Some people, (including myself) aren't comfortable using off the counter vitamins without speaking to a doctor first. Every time I spoke to a professional they only told me that the vitamins are not 100% effective and I can try at my own risk.

But what if there was a way for me to use Biotin Pills for my nail growth without actually consuming the pills? Find out below!

Products Used:

Liquid Gel Biotin Pills
Inexpensive Nail Strengthening Base Coat
Scissors

Steps:

1) Take out three of Liquid Gel Biotin Pills. They have to be liquid gel or this method won't apply.
2) Using a pair of scissors, snip off the very top of the pill, leave a hole big enough to squeeze the contents out.
3) Squeeze out the contents off the pill into your Inexpensive Nail Strengthening Base Coat. Mine is from L.A. Girls, I got it for $3.50 at my local Beauty Supply Store. I recommend using a Nail Strengthening based formula because then the Biotin will help your nails grow, and the vitamins in the already purchased Base Coat will help keep the nails strong and at less risk of breaking.
4) Using your brush, clean off any excess Biotin liquid at the nozzle of the nail polish bottle.
5) Dip the brush in the fluid and mix it in a swift motion, making sure the excess Biotin you wiped off is secure in the base coat.
6) Repeat this process with the remaining two Biotin Pills. Roll your bottle of nail polish between your hands. This method is more efficient than shaking the bottle to mix the contents.
7) Apply as a base coat regularly and enjoy the results :)
