Neon Nails that really glow in the dark!

I just got some amazing seriously neon polishes and had to try them out. I went for a fun skittles manicure, mainly so I could use all the crazy colours, and I envisioned a black background for polka dot accent nails to complete the picture. The best thing is that they really glow in the dark!

All you need is a dotting tool, toothpick or a  bobby pin!

Nail Art Tutorial

1. Apply Base coat and growth stimulator to protect your nails and keep them healthy.
2. Apply a coat of white polish over all your nails except the accent nails to make the neon polish as bright as possible.
3. Apply 2-3 coats of neon polish on your nails skittles style, pink on the index, orange on the middle and yellow on the ring finger.
4. Apply 2 coats of black polish on accent nails.
5. Use a dotting tool to make a polka dot pattern on your accent nails with the same white polish.
6. Use a dotting tool to add dots over the white with the neon polishes in the same order as the skittle fingers.
7. Apply a fast drying top coat to all nails.
8. Done!
