About My Mod Inspired Nails

I was playing around with a few nail polish colors and was inspired when I saw some of them together. NYC French White Tip, Funky Fingers Cyclone Sky, and Wet n Wild Private Viewing made me think 1950-1960s mod. I got really excited and went straight to work.

This design was super simple. Other than my polish colors, all I needed was a striping brush and two dotting tools. I started with a base of Private Viewing. I striped my nails in French White Tip and Cyclone Sky and used the largest dotting tool I have to add polka dots on the stripes. I then used a smaller dotting tool to top the larger dots with smaller ones in Private Viewing. Top coat and done.

Wow, probably the most perfect nude color! It matches your skin tone perfectly! Love the design as well!

Me too! When Anja first adding this post to the site I immediately wanted to try it out. Have you every tried a design like this before Stefanie?

I haven’t tried this particular mani before, but I’ve had some ideas floating around in my head with something similar 🙂 I do want to try it and of course I shall give credit where credit is due 😉
